Other Items to Check

reset gfci outlet

GFCI

The GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) is an outlet with a built-in circuit breaker. The GFCI is designed to shut down the circuit when it senses a potential problem. They are most often found in kitchens, bathrooms, basements and garages. If GFI switch has been tripped, press the "Reset" buttom to activate lights. If the GFCI continues to pop, contact us so we can troubleshoot further.

switching breaker

Breaker

If your lights still don't work after resetting your GFCI, locate your breaker box which is often located in the basement. Check the switches to find a popped breaker and reset it. If your lights still won't work after resetting your breaker and GFCI, please contact us and we will help determine the source of your power issues.

lighting timer

Timers

Our timers react to light. Please note that all lights may not turn on at the exact same time due to shadows as the sun sets. All timers on your property should be turned to the same setting. Please refer to the diagram below.
